Is this a lack of leadership on Støre's part, or a result of political constraints? Seems like you go for the former option - Støre as the potential "liberator". Don’t you think Norwegian party politics, often coalition governments with differing and strong opinions on the EU, has to take some of the blame for this lack of vision?
